Local Community Partners

St. Mark’s works closely with partner organizations to share God’s love in our community. Our Mission Advisory Board serves as the point of contact for a variety volunteering and giving opportunities.


Trinity Center
Located in downtown Austin, Trinity Center offers programs that serve the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of the poor and homeless in our community.

* Trinity Streets: Host worship and a meal on Sunday afternoons.
* Breakfast Ministry: Prepare and distribute boxed meals on Tuesdays and Fridays 8-9:30 am
* Front Desk: Help neighbors with mail, hygiene kits, and more Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30-12:30
* Women’s Shower Ministry: Donate supplies for this Tuesday morning women’s ministry.

African American Youth Harvest Foundation
Provides hands-on service to enhance the quality of life for African American and low-income youth and families. Programs include mentoring, Urban University summer camp, a men’s health initiative, and much more.

El Buen Samaritano
An outreach ministry of the Diocese of Texas serving the Latino community of Central Texas with programs that address health, education, and essential needs.

Community First Village
Provides housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness.

Welcome Table - Neighbor2Neighbor
Provides food, emergency assistant, and caring community for low-income households in East Austin.

Angel Tree
A ministry conducted at St. Mark’s during the Advent season to collect gifts for people experiencing poverty. In past years, members have purchased and delivered gifts to the church for distribution to recipients.


Barton Hills Elementary School
The neighborhood school closest to St. Mark’s. We have hosted their choir and supported some of their low-income students.
